Our story
Suzanne Bokat Stone
Suzanne founded a gardening business called The Meandering Path in 2000 and designed, installed and maintained gardens across the New Hampshire Seacoast for 21 years under that name. In 2022, as her business and gardening aesthetic evolved, she went solo. In 2023 she introduced her new company called Stem and Petal. Stem and Petal provides the entire spectrum of gardening services - from design to restoration. We are gardeners at heart but have the expertise to help you with all the information you need to perfect your landscaping.
Suzanne worked in the Health Sciences for 20 years after graduating from The University of Vermont. She holds a Masters Degree in Administration from The University of New Hampshire and has been gardening all her adult life. Suzanne has particular interest in methods to reduce maintenance in the garden and landscape restoration. Suzanne lives and gardens in the New Hampshire Seacoast area.
